Main functions of AlejTech Intranet

	User database	The database enables intranet users to define user permissions and roles of each user
	Clients‘ and partners‘ database	Allows processing and archiving all contacts of companies and individuals identified by flags, assigning them to documents, projects and cases.
	Projects / products database	Allows users to create projects (products), assign documents, set up contacts, set project status (completed, current,..), assign employees to projects, follow work reports, and cost summaries, etc.
	Timesheets, work reports	Enables work reports for individual projects, hours archives, sorting by task types, detailed records of hours worked,etc.
	Tasks allocation	Allows users to assign roles to employees under existing open projects, track statuses of development tasks and recent changes, share tasks among multiple employees, track job history, assign documents to tasks, track cost overruns and time overruns, etc.
	Comments and calendar	Provides tools to send comments, save worksheets and tasks in a complex calendar, manage and report tasks.
	Document management system	Serves users as a platform for document sharing, storing versions of documents with customizable user permissions. A full-text search in documents is provided.
	Billing	Automatic creation of recurring billing items, sending PDF invoices by e-mail, sending automatic reminders for outstanding invoices.
	Payment monitoring	Allows to record and archive payments, offers a breakdown by type of payment, payment tracking and payment statuses, etc.
	Configurations	Offers system reports for analysis and data export to Excel, the possibility of defining new reports using SQL administration.
	Content publishing	Publication of directives, regulations, news, etc.
	Database filtering, views	All records in the intranet can be filtered by all record details. The amount and arrangement of data displayed for tasks, contacts and accounts can be changed for individual users.
	Graphics in corporate colors	We can provide the intranet graphics in corporate colors.
